HOW CAN WE HELP YOU
DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
Common questions before getting started
If I’m not in pain right now, does it still make sense to come?
Yes. Many injuries can be prevented by improving mobility, body control, and movement habits before pain appears.
Should I stop physical activity during treatment?
Usually not. We will help you adapt the activity so you can keep moving safely.
Can I come even if I’ve had pain for a long time?
Yes. Whether it is a recent problem or a chronic one, we can assess it and propose options to improve the situation.
Can I book directly, or should I contact you first?
You can book directly. The first session already includes the full assessment, and we will address any questions you may have.
Which service is best for me?
You don’t need to know beforehand. At the first visit, we carry out a comprehensive assessment and decide together on the most suitable treatment for you.
Do you work with health insurance providers?
We generally do not work with health insurance providers. We only collaborate with Medifiact in the area of pelvic floor therapy. All other treatments are provided on a private basis to ensure fully personalized care without time constraints.
How long does the first appointment last?
Approximately 60 minutes. Includes interview, assessment, and start of treatment.
Do I need to bring anything?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and, if you have them, medical test results related to the consultation.
How often will I need to come?
If I’m not in pain right now, does it still make sense to come? It depends on the case. After the initial assessment, we will explain the proposed treatment and the recommended frequency of visits.
